ImoEconometrics use a methodology supported principally by information gathered through fieldwork. Our services include analyses of supply and demand of residential developments, concept definition and feasibility studies. Regardless of the type of development being examined, every market study addresses three basic questions:
  • Will there be households to rent or buy the proposed residential project?
  • How quickly, and at what rent or price, will the proposed residential project be absorbed in the market?
  • How might the project be planned or marketed to make it more competitive in its market?
Our demand analysis considers the following data:
